상세 담당업무 및 기타 유의사항 B2B 계측기 기술영업 직무입니다. 영업사원으로서 고객들과 끊임없이 협업하여 목표를 달성하고, 그 이후에도 새로운 고객을 발굴하고 관리하는 업무를 진행합니다.

Job Description
• Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
• Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for direct legal quota.
• Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
• Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
• Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
• Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
• Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
• Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

Job Qualifications
• BE/ME in Electronic /Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent education
• Knowledge of Communication industry and T&M market along with Enterprise selling expertise
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates
• Track record of successfully implementing new programs and approaches
• Works with customers and the industry solution groups to align customer solution plans and the Keysight roadmap
• Knowledge or experiences in 5G or wireless communication is preferred
• Knowledge or experiences in Optical transceiver industry is preferred
• Technical background with strong understanding of networking, datacenter operations within various industries is preferred

- Fluency of verbal & written English is preferred

- Applies deep technical and/or/scientific application/product expertise and proficiency in marketing to deliver to customers and the market solutions, and application of Keysight products and services.
- Understands customers businesses, needs and problems, collaborates with customers and R&D to develop and implement the customers solution, including product selection/design, setup and testing, and creating and optimizing software application programming specified by the customer.
- Integrates Keysight and/or other third party products and services (at the solutions level) into customers environment.
- Ensures the solution functions per specifications and meets the customer’s needs. Performs competitive benchmarking and monitors industry trends.
- Resolves customer issues and provides consultation on use of Keysight's products (stand-alone and within systems).
- Serves as next level of support for solving issues arising from service, technical support and field applications groups.
- May write papers and customer-facing technical documents and application notes, and deliver customer training classes and consulting related to the application.
- May provide technical and marketing expertise to the rest of the company in developing and testing new products and applications.
- Reduces broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects
- Leads the design/ delivery of integrated solutions; is the key contributor of scientific and technical expertise and business/ industry knowledge
- Solves complex, high impact scientific problems Viewed internally and by customers as a technical, marketing and customer- oriented leader

Job Qualifications
